About & Contact me

I am simply a Christian wife and mother who stumbles in my walk but is thankful that daddy God always lifts me up. It is a struggle sometimes, especially when it comes to reflecting God’s love, but I will prevail with His love.

My hope is that not only will this journal be an outlet for me to vent my struggles in life and faith, but also it will encourage others who face similar struggles and joys!

Besides being a daughter of God, wife, and mother I am privileged to be a pediatric nurse in the newborn nursery. Since I do have to work outside the home, I am pleased that I have been blessed with a job that allows me to serve others in a way that I feel fulfilled and useful.

You will soon know, if you don’t know already, that I love Ireland. I have a special reason for this quirk. My beautiful husband, Ronan, is from Donegal, Ireland. I love my extended Irish family and just the peace that my family enjoys while we are there.

1 timothy 1:16
But for this reason I was given mercy, so that in me, the chief of sinners, Jesus Christ might make clear all his mercy, as an example to those who in the future would have faith in him to eternal life.

Hello, Karen! That is a very important vocation you have in all aspects–daughter of God, wife, mother, and pediatric nurse. I love Ireland, too. Well, I think I do…I’ve never actually been. lol. But it’s the first place I want to go when I travel out of the country (U.S.). Are you all in the U.K.?

Keep up the faith, and keep on writing about God and His love!

    Hey there Elizabeth!

Thanks for dropping by! To answer your question, we live in the midatlantic near to the mason dixon line USA. My husband moved here from Ireland 10 years ago +- a year. You will love IReland when you are able to travel there 🙂 We love traveling and visiting family in Ireland and England. It is a blessing that we have been able to go with the children as often as we have.

Thank you for the encouragement. I will keep on blogging and I will keep an eye on your blog as well 😉
