tasty tuesday issue 2: pasta with chicken and spinache

Here is another quick and dirty tasty recipe from my kitchen to yours.  my kids LOVE this meal.  (and it gets some green leafy veggies in them rather painlessly!)

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast chunked

1 pkg chopped spinache

italian dressing (i prefer good seasons)

parmesagne cheese

pasta of your choice

marinate chicken breasts overnight in italian dressing.  (on a spur of the moment night you can skip the marinating)

fry up your chunked chicken breasts with italian dressing.  have your pasta boiling at this time

once chicken is cooked add the frozen spinach.

toss chicken spinache with pasta.

add italian dressing and parmesagne cheese to taste.

serve with a nice side salad and you have your quick and easy yummy tuesday meal!
